Job Title: Account Executive IT Staffing
Location: Irving, TX
Base salary: $65-80K for someone with a history of success in the industry

My client is looking for a talented Account Executive to join the growing team. For the past three years, they’ve been experiencing over 20% growth year over year!!! . This client has relationships with large national customers where the first tier contract is signed and now they need someone to go deep and wide inside the accounts.

A day in the life of an IT Staffing Account Executive includes:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Dallas area

- Developing and implementing procedures to ensure account growth

- Developing accounts, while building up your own business and encouraging new business leads

- Achieving growth in new and existing account formats

- Understanding the business needs of clients

They are looking for an Account Executive with the following background:

- Strong customer service focus/skills

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- A minimum of 3 years selling experience in an IT related field

- Creative problem-solving

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Ability to organically grow accounts

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

- Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage complex workload and handle pressure

- Exposure to HR, recruiting, marketing and/or communications

Developing relationships with Senior Technology Professionals such as: CIOs, VPs of IT, Development Managers, Sr. Network Administrators, DBAs, and other technology leaders is the foundation for success in this role. The Account Executive holds responsibility for identifying and attracting high caliber clients. This person will work in conjunction with the Branch Manager and internal recruiting team searching for unique positions that present a challenge to identify the right individual.
